Refund Policy
At Ceylon Pine Birds, all of our handcrafted items are made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of these custom creations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@ceylonpinebirds.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations:
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order will enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
